It hasn’t even been a full day yet and I’m already locking myself in my room in tears.

Yesterday morning I woke up with a fever of 99.6 and felt very hot/cold/feverish and achy. I’ve had severe headaches for the past week.
I took one extra strength Tylenol about two hours ago when I spiked a fever of 100.6.
Now my fever is at 100.9. And I cannot move and my chills and headache are terrible.
Help what do I do?
